  • No it is not fair on the screeners, JP started a slow community decline when it became part of FR24.

    Is it possible to ask FR24 what their intentions are with regard to JP issues.

    All the JP photographers I speak to are unhappy about the queue. I suspect most of the crew are not happy either. Being ignored is not a pleasant experience

      Like it or not, the ‘car’ is extremely far from ‘breaking down’.
      Last year Flightradar24 AB (reg no. 556895-1213) made a net profit of more than 19 million euros with a profit margin of more than 65%. They're doing just fine.

      And I assume their CEO doesn't even know about words like ‘queue’, ‘spotters’ and ‘jetphotos forum’. Probably someone on the board has heard the names Simon and Alex somewhere, but doesn't remember exactly. That's how it's done.

      So, first of all, stop yelling at the JetPhotos team, they're saints who are out there every day sorting out these Augean stables of double accounts, ‘hot photos’ and date cheaters.
      And secondly, just relax Nothing is going to change here today, in a week or a month.

        nothing is more wrong. When they bought JP they wanted to understand the hobby and we even went spotting in Arlanda with the CEO to show him what’s spotting really about. Also we go and meet them at their office pretty much every year so we know each other in person pretty well. Last but not least, we are in permanent contact by What’App and they are extremely quick to reply and react any time we need them (usually takes only a few minutes to get their support)

          Pretty strange to hear that, given that you can't agree with them and implement changing slots according to accept ratio, nor other innovations for months.

              I wouldn't want them to do what we Italians usually do (yes, I admit it): make fun of people by making them believe that they are the most important person for them.
