Thank you Garry, it took many a bruised knee and hard fall to get to where I am, although turns and uphills are still a bit troublesome for me...all with practice I guess.

Sorry but I just cant believe my eyes here... Are you guys seriously out of shape or something??? From the Kaagbaan to the North side of the Polderbaan it takes me 15-20 minutes on my bike.

Oh and you can get on spots you wouldnt even dream about when you go there by car...

Wietse, you've got a point.
But if you are chasing a special aircraft and don't know wich runway it will take, than a car is a must.

I am not constantly at one place at AMS.
You know they are changing runways a few times a day.

And I live about 70 km away from SPL so a bike isn't really an option .
Only us a bike when I am between the hangars.
