  • D70 Settings!

Hey guys, im new to this forum and come here to make a question.
I have a NIKON D70, and would like to know what settings should i use to take more advantage of my camera in aviation photos?
What settings you guys (D70 Users) use to shoot in sunny and cloudy days?

    My Best regards

I always shoot RAW. or NEF as its called. That means you dont really have to bother with any other settings than ISO and shutter/aperture values while out shooting. Do the editing at home and get better results.

      Hiya,

I use a D70, bascially I shoot in RAW mode, but find that the best setting for sharpening is -1, allows you to play around a bit in the postprocessing time! Also, I find that I need to underexpose 1/3 to 2/3 of a stop on sunny days....I don;t shoot on cloudy days

      Hope this helps

I`d shoot with jpg (large) settings - saves space and as you dont have a Canon you wont get good shots anyway...
