                  I was across the street and it took just over 3 seconds to take the pictures. Not much time for the driver to see me

                    clean your sensor....you have a hell of a dustspot just at the rear end of the car on the last 3 images... :P

                            I thought, the D70 has only 3 up to 12 consecutive shots with JPEG format, 4 shots with RAW format and only at lower file sizes/qualities 144. At least, that's what DPREVIEW says....

                              I've been able to get about 30+ continuous shots of a bus as it drove by (that is until my fingers got tired). I have no life I know, but I just wanted to see what my camera could do.
                              This was in JPEG fine format at maximum resolution with a 512mb CF card.

                                with RAW you can shoot 4 first, then 2/second if you have a fast CF card. D70 that is. I never felt limited.
