You know what..I gotta admit while u were kidding and such what if that actually worked??

                no folks, listen to me.

Say..we agree to go thru an extensive security test and question etc etc, have our background checked, then we pay a fee 25-50 dollars. we have our photgraph taken, we have an id. that way everytime we go to a airport, and we are stoped by the police we show the ID and its universal that all police peple know about "THE ID" and we wont be hassled as we have already been talked to and searched thru at secuirty.

                Just a thought.

It would probably have to be government issued for it to be honored at all locations (inside the US, at least). And to be honest, I don't think the government would like us.

That would be nice though, wouldn't it?

This is the same type of mindset that probably likes the ideal of a "National I.D. Card" Let's not stop there, how about an implant in our arm, hand or forehead are better yet a barcode. Simply amazing

Looking at the subject line I thought you were talking about those Aircraft ID cards like they used back in WWII. It was an aircraft silhouette that you could identify as friend or foe if you saw it overhead. Similar cards would be great for us spotters!

You can probably get a book with aircraft profiles at a bookstore like Barnes & Noble or just print the ones off a.net

You know, we in the US can learn something from Canada

How does an airline thats going bankrupt sign new regional carriers, launch a discount airline, purchase new planes, AND repaint their fleet? I dunno, ask United.
