Just wondering, after seeing some pretty color-saturated shots, would a lower ISO (let's say 100 instead of 400) make a difference in the color quality/saturation?
haha- thanks Clovis- I was looking @ yours from France. Is there any way to have a 'sensor transplant' i.e. taking a 300D's CMOS sensor & putting it into my Olympus C-730uz? I don't think so, but just want to make sure so I don't miss out.

Sorry dude, that ain't happening. About the ISO, using a lower number will reduce grain in the picture. Set your ISO number on the C-730 to "auto" to get ISO 64.

It will make a difference.. If the ISO is higher, dynamic range gets lower. Less colours are reproduced. It will not change anything to saturation, but the slight nuances in colors are more pronounced.
There is a very easy way to try it out, just shoot a candle or desklight with ISO 100 and once again with ISO 1000. You will see that the ISO 1000 shot is less subtle. A trade off for getting faster shutterspeeds, togeter with the higher noise...
