i'm using a Canon "L" lens 75-200 and I'm usually in sunlight with snow reflecting on the bellies even!! So i have plenty of light. Could it be my panning technique?

What kind of lens are you using on the digital rebel? Are you shooting in low light conditions?
I've been using my DigiRebel now for about 6 mo's and still have trouble getting my pics tack sharp. I tryuse AV or P settings and try to keep the shutter speed at about 600th or faster. Any advice as to what I should do to get a sharper pic?
