Just got accepted my photo number 1700. Patrouille de France was at EFTP on a refueling stop from MAKS2009 to Canada via Trondheim and Keflavik.

I had my 1000th shot added a few days ago.

Whilst perhaps nothing special to the average photographer, the shot/aircraft/time meant a lot to me hence my decision to place it as the 1000th upload.

Boeing's 777 freighter takes to the air for the first time with characteristic wheels down and drogue chute on the vertical tail. She was due to land at Boeing Field after the test flight but when I got there about 2 hours later I learnt that ATC had got a last minute call to cancel and she subsequently returned to Paine Field.
