Got an awesome 45 minute tour today of a private Cessna Citation X, was an awesome experience!. The cockpit is very nice! Also the first time I have had a shot at a cockpit shot.

and a new citation at london.

Great shots Andrew. The CX is definently the best looking of the citation line.

Nice shots Andrew. My favorite one is the Wing light one.

Appears to be a 300D. Seems big for the 350D.

..please learn not to 'blow the highlights' like so many 300d shots. You'll have better exposure control, do yourself a favor an learn to use them.

Just look at all the areas that have been over exposed (no detail left at all) do to the weak metering. There are ways to avoid that.

Can you tell me how to improve this? I had never really attempted a cockpit shot before this, was all new to me.

I was referring to shots 3,8, + 9. Your first cockpit shot with the thottles would be nice if everything was in focus, not just the foreground, same with the wingtip shot, but that is just my preference.

The other cockpit shot is pretty good, you may want to bounce your flash off the overhead instead of using it straight on, and try exposing for outside, and then filling the cockpit with flash to avoid the white windows.

Great shots illustrating a congenial gallery. Although both the CX and CJ2 are far from being my cup of tea, I like the CJ2 shape combining the fuselage of the old 501 and this tail unit, it's just funny in looking at.

Yeah, I didnt use my flash, just natural lighting. I would of had my 580ex on me but we just went out to spot, never thought I would need it . Thanks for the advice.
