Spotting at BWI and IAD

Hey there all. Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I'm still a newb to these forums.

Anway, I live in Norfolk, VA and this summer will be taking a spotting trip up to the DC area. And well, I need to know some places to spot. I know all about the park at KDCA and the parking lot of the Udvar-Hazy Center at KIAD. But I need to know a good place to go, when the opposite runway is active at IAD. And I also need to know where to go at BWI.
