I think its acceptable cause if that goes under Art, it should go trough..

why ?.. art can show lots of different kinds of how an image is shown, and shouldnt only be the balanced way of "example"

It is fun to think outside of the box...sometimes the median to show the artwork isn't here though...

It's a neat idea, but I think it would look even better had the whole engine been shown.

Even if you selected artistic, you'd still get a bad motiv from me i'm afraid. Not to say that I don't like the effect, it is very nice, but as has been said by others, not enough aircraft really.
