  • To Upload or Not to Upload?

One of my aunts recently passed away and I found this photo (actually two photos that I merged together) in one of her albums. It was taken November 5, 1974, at KLAX and is a United 747-200. I did not have scanning equipment with me so I had to use my digital camera and take pictures of the prints. The quality is not the greatest but I want to try to get this into the database. Should I put it in my aunt's name or put it in my name with a credit to my aunt?
Also, I want to upload it at 1280 pixels wide because of the small height.

I don't mean to pee in your Wheaties, but it's very clear on the upload page:

    1. Only upload photos that you have taken!

It's the first rule and it's in bold.

Although it is an old photo i dont think it would achieve the standards required to make it into the database.
Brick is also correct in saying that you should only upload photos taken by yourself!

Nice image to find though, thanks for sharing it!

Its a nice image.....I think sharing it through the forum is going to be the option you will have to pursue...as said, only photos you have taken......

Yes I am aware of that rule, but seeing as the photographer is deceased....
