Need your suggestion re rejection

The following photo was rejected for horizon unlevel and bad cropping (photo edges)

I checked the verticals of the building using the ruler and guide at the separation in the cement panel and the right edge of the building and it looks straight with the guides. The lampost and the wind speed indicator on the left are crooked already.

Re cropping may be it can be closer to the tower.

I would appreciate your suggestions.

It needs more clockwise rotation.

The grid tells differnt stories on different parts of the tower but is in most places level.There is some lens distortion.Just one of those pics that needs to "look"
right,and 0.5 ccw looks better (to my ageing eyeballs)
Edges ..............this may happen if you resized without cropping.
