Just in case you're serious: the photo was uploaded as hot, so it appeared in screening as soon as it was uploaded. The screener who was then screening, either voted to add or directly added it (can be both ways). If he only voted, the pic was waiting for another screener to vote. So far that's the usual screening procedure.
Let's assume, we add an expert for south american aviation, let's call him "Simplemente Volar"

Scenario 1: all pics from south america have to pass this south american expert for data review before they are added to the db. Result: the queue for south american photos will be growing to a level never seen. I can live with it, can you?
Scenario 2: all pics from south america are screened as now, but once in the db, they will be reviewd by this south american expert. What would be the difference to now? Mistakes could still happen and correction would be the same as now -> no change at all.
And at the end of the day, we are humans and make mistakes, no matter what system we implement, period! We can now move on, or debate in length here and in other forums, keep the discussions alive and so on.
To put some evidence to my theory: most screeners are from Europe. Nevertheles, they (me included) accept wrong infos from European airlines. The only difference is, we simply correct them (Thanks AJ!
