Rejected Photo - Looking for advice

This got rejected earlier, just wondering your thoughts on it.

The cropping bit is quite obvious if you check the top right hand corner where there is a white chunk.

The nose is slightly blown out too. It may be possible to fix this using careful shadow/highlights adjustment or curves etc.

It also looks oversharpened and slightly backlit i think. I dont think the over exposure on the nose is too much of a problem and can be sorted out easily. Try another crop too and be carefull when sharpening.
