The site mentioned by Seahawk is very good guide as to what comes in each day.The week before you go write down the scedhule for each day this will give you an idea as to busy and quite days.Fuerteventura airport is not the best for photography around the perimeter fence.The east side perimeter fence is only good as regards the sun until 10.00 am.Approach shots(from waste ground) are no problem when the northerly runway is in use but ground shots are more difficult.The resort of Calleta de Fustes is on the flight path and landing shots can be taken from here(best to move to the west and up-hill slightlyso as not under the aircraft).
If you have a tripod and 300mm-500mm lens and the sun is out after midday drive to the hill top past all the new villas were there is a scenic view with a car park, if conditions are good some good photos can be taken from here.
When you are travelling home ramp shots are possible through glass(airside)
