I’ve been taking some shots of Concorde flying over my house, in preparation for Fairford airshow and although not a good shot of the old bird her self its still quite pretty, makes me feel like there goes concorde into the sunset of her life….err sorry getting a bit poetic!
To the best of my knowledge Concorde will not be attending. Last I heard was that RIAT were waiting for confirmation from BA but had received none and that they had originally planned to use Concorde to fly people into the show from LHR (instead of the 747). I get the feeling BA are being a bit c**p about Concorde, let Branson have a go that’s what I say! Shame I’d love to see her there..
