This post may be of use as a "Sticky" but I'll leave that particular aspect to the crew.
When photographers post a link to a picture, when asking for help and/or advice, may I suggest that they upload the image to a free hosting site such as "Imageshack" or "Photobucket" and link to that location. The reason behind this is that links to a rejected picture become invalid after 3 or 4 days and the picture is deleted from the Database after 14 days.
Uploading to "Imageshack" or "Photobucket" makes the image viewable for as long as you keep it on those sites.
