If there are any Boise spotters in here, do you have any good locations. The 2 places I've tried so far haven't worked, cops found me within a half an hour of my arrival
. I've tried the rental car lot and near the executive terminal. I've been thinking about the top level of the parking garage but I'm not sure if I can get good rotation shots from there.
