Bad motive?

attached photo wa sjust rejected because of 'bad motive'?

Can someone explain me why?

Initially it was rejected because it was too dark (only reason), so I added some more light.

Now it got rejected again for above reason..

The main subject seems to be the gear, but the photo shows too much things around the gear. In addition, the main subject is too dark and in addition, noise is getting an issue here.

And, in my opinion, it doesn't help that the wheels (the main subject of the photo) are partly covered by grass.
