  • Sony Alfa 100 autofocus

I'm using a Sony Alfa 100 for 2 months now and I have a problem with the autofocus. When the camera is on, it kept autofocussing all the time I move the camera. When I pointing it to a moving airplane the camara is focussing first to unsharp and then to sharp, but the plane is then already gone. I like to focus by pressing the shutter button to halfway and then immediately to sharp, so I can take the photo.

In the manual of the Sony I can't find the settings to do so.

    Who can help me?

    Greetings,

I dunno about that camera, but I think some cameras have a setting where it will automatically focus when it's pointed at something. It'll be in your manual.

        Hello Daninho,

Thank you for your advice. I find it indeed in the menu, but I did not know that it is called:"Eye Start Autofocus"

        But the problem is solved.

        Again: Thank you.
