DFW spotting

I plan on going up to Dallas to see a friend of mine on the 22nd and going out to DFW to catch my girlfriend's LH flight to FRA on the 23rd. So I was just wondering where the best spot to catch it would be. I plan on staying for a couple days, so what are the best spots to spot at? I also might go to DAL for a little bit.
Also, what are some good spots for AUS and SAT?

Just curious, but did Founders Plaza shut down not too long ago for some time?
Is it open now?
