      My camera gives all the pics as 1984x1488. I have no idea how to make this figure smaller?

                Well if you have Photoshop you can either use the crop tool to crop out any useless space. Or if the image is already croped tight around the aircraft use the image size tool.

                  What camera are u using? I believe all digital camera comes with a photo editing software. My Canon comes with PhotoStudio 5 which I can use to crop, resize, enhance, rotate my photos. They say Photoshop is the best but so far I haven't learn how to use it yet.

                  Anyway, for the second photo, I would've press the delete button immediately........

                    I'm using an Olympus C720X.

                    The thing is, I know how to crop pics. But after I crop them, I'm left with a thick white border all around them. So I drag all the corners and make the picture fit the frame.

                    Is there any way I can get rid of the white border without stretching the cropped picture?
