  • Battery Grip for Nikon D70

    Hey guys

I know that there is no genuine battery grip (made by Nikon) for the D70/D70s model, so I was wondering what the 'others' are like.

I know that Hahnel make one, the HN-D70/70s, however I would like to know what and if there are any reliable brands that make battery grips for the D70/s.

So, if any of you use on or have any experiance on it, it would be great if you could let me know about your views on it, pros, cons..etc

    Thanks
    Neil.

I have a grip that I bought from a place on e-Bay. I was a bit dubious but it seems to work. I've had it for over 2 years now with no problems. It adds a bit of weight to the camera, especially when using a long lens, the batteries last forever and it works for me.

It doesn't have all the command dials like the genuine Nikon ones would have but I just wanted the handling and battery life features.

Cost me around £50 I think. When I get home I'll have a look and give you some more info if I can find it.
