  • 2 Milestones In One Day

    Hey Guys,

    Well I dont usually like to start topics off all about myself, but today I have reach 2 different milestones in my Aviation Photography.

    Today I have broken the 500 photo barrier, and now I have 516 photos in the database. I have also broken the 100,000 views barrier, which to me is a great acheivement. All this has been possibly by a small 2MP digital camera with a maximum of 114MM zoom. What photos in the database of mine are your favorite?

    Airports Ive hit and got onto the database are....

    MAN, SZD, EMA, BHX, LTN, LHR, EGNF, Gamston, CRL, AGP, DUB, AMS, BOS, ORD, EDI, LGW, STN, FRA.

    At this point this small camera has taken its last days photography with me, as I am now upgrading to a D30 within the next few weeks, 2 photos taken with it are already online as we speak.

    Anyways here is my 500'th photo for the jp.net database!

    [photoid=133903]

    With this topic I would also like to thank the following people for helping me get this far with my photography. Shout outs are in no particular order!

    Dan Valentine, Shaun Grist, Chris Kilroy, Peter Rolek, Clovis Bouhier, Matthew Willmott-Sharp, Kevin Cadd, Tony Silgrim, Lee Archer, John Higgins, Gary C Orlando, Garry Lewis, My Parents, My Girlfriend, Dimitris Triadafillou, Ben, Ryan and Adam, The JP.Net screening team, And everyone else who know they've helped me but I may have forgotten.

    Roll on my next 500!!!

        And my D30 has two more photo shoots to go before being handed over to Jason, LHR on Sunday and maybe SOU on Thursday.

        The Fuji may not be great but your nightshot is better than mine that I took with a D30 so I think that says a great deal about the photographer!

        Well done on 500 Jason, and I rwally am looking forward to seeing what you can do with a D30.
