A quick thank you to the Screener who noted I had forgotten to tick nightshoot as a category on a recently uploaded shot. That was very kind and saved me a re-upload.

    Keep up the good work.

I totally read that in the voice of a famous Kazakh journalist of British origin.

Combine that with the brand new backlight-removing Canon lens and you will get a killer gear. You will then be able to take a shot and have it instantly in the hot photo queue, as the quality of these photos will - per definition - be superb.

I really don't get the attitude/excuses regarding camera equipment. We're at the point where an entry level DSLR costs the same as any decent P&S, and if you're really cash strapped, used DSLRs provide a fantastic bang for the buck. And any decent P&S will create great shots when used properly.

But this is not allowed as written in the Guidelines and lead to a Manipulation rejection with further actions!
Letīs say the "real fighter" is someone, who did all for the perfect picture without cheating

You are losing a new aircraft photo. You guys need to be remembered that not everyone can buy a high end camera and take perfect shots. I shoot my photos with a small but reliable camera and that is what I can afford. It was my dream to get my first photo on JP but it seams impossible and you guys just dont care about the dificulties that a person can have just to take that one shot. I dont know if your mother made you perfect, but mine made me a fighter and I will fight to get that photo uploaded and I will make my dream come true. Good luck to you all racists and cheap persons on descualifiying photos.

Personally, I do images in small batches throughout the day, so sitting down for an hour straight would be a little much. I know it takes me about 30 minutes to do 100 images if there are no issues that need to be dealt with (information that needs correcting/confirming, etc..). If there are multiple images that need extra attention, then it will obviously take longer.

As for getting sick and tired of it, after 8 years and 500,000+ images screened, I do occasionally need to take a break, but otherwise I haven't (yet?) reached the burn out point
