Chicago Air and Water Show

Late noticed I know but I was wondering who is going to be going to the Chicago Air and Water Show this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday?

I might make it up there for the Friday evening show. Along with some spotting around ORD and MDW. Not 100% sure just yet.

Just back from the first day at the Chicago Air and Water show and I thought I would show you guys some pictures. I'm thinking of uploading a few of these JP and was wondering if any of the screeners had any comments on any of the photo that I either should or shouldn't try to upload. That would be great. Also I'm not sure how I would upload these, as in registration, SN help with this would also be great. (Note: photobucket resized my photos to be 800px wide so sorry about the smaller photos I have edited then in 1024)

That first shot, even though a bit soft, is amazing with the condensation off the wings like that.

Looks like you had great lighting up there. I myself did not make it up there as i spent all day Thursday down around Springfield and St. Louis. But i did get a shot of one of the Aircraft participating in the show landing at Springfield for some fuel.

If you need registrations for some of the fighter jets, send me a message. I had a chance to go to the Gary Airport for a hangar party on thursday and had a chance to get some photos and jot some of the registration numbers down afterwards. I was out there today and was wonderful. I was going to get the heritage flyover but got some nice pics of it and some more from others. I have the numbers for the F-18, another aircraft Navy trainer that it was with, the F-15, F-4, KC-135, and the F-16. I will be there tomorrow and will get some more cool shots. Will be able to post some shots later on in the week. Going to be pretty busy after the show.

Got back from there and it was wonderful. Will have some time to get some photos up on JP, but not for a couple of days when I have some free time. Had a wonderful time and I got some awesome pics. The only thing that was missing was AA's flyover they usually do. They said the high fuel prices and cutbacks led to them not showing off their aircraft.
