It looks like the image is slanting to the left slightly. I imagine 0.25CW rotation should level the image nicely.

You can use the vertical lines of the building at the left of your picture,

The photo needs serious clockwise rotation (about 2 degrees, see attached pic).
And if available use verticals more to the center of the photos instead the ones at the borders.
