  • The Thank You Thread!

    Hi all,

    This is just a random idea, but in light of the recent thread in Site Related about how much people whinge (let's not get into whether we disagree with that or not here!) I thought it might be nice to show off a few images that caught my eye today while screening. Hopefully other screeners will follow and share theirs!

    First, this superb image by Dale Coleman. It's sad to see aircraft parked up like that (especially the old L-1011 in the background) but it's still nice to see photos of them.

    [photoid=6826974]

    Second, a series of images by Kobe Qi. A great angle and superb quality!

    [photoid=6826964]

    [photoid=6826962]

    [photoid=6826961]

    And finally a great, dramatic image by Fokker Aircraft.

    [photoid=6826924]

    Thanks for uploading these, guys. They certainly brightened my screening session! I'll add more as I find them

    Good idea.

    Firstly, a nice crisp, perfectly focussed image.
    [photoid=6826582]

    A nice low level action shot. I think taken at fairly long range...
    [photoid=6826572]

    Nicely processed, good use of depth of field...
    [photoid=6826398]

    Thinking outside of the box. Good framing. Almost geometrical study of an aircraft....
    [photoid=6824002]

    ...and finally...a nice night shot...

            A couple more...

            Thanks to Ricardo Baldassarre for uploading this superb 747 image. Excellent quality and one hell of an angle that really shows off the true size of this graceful beast.

            [photoid=6841324]

            Thanks also to Fokker Aircraft for more typically high quality uploads.

            Cheers guys!
