    Recently I had this photo rejected, mainly for not being a ramp shot. A response to my appeal was that the airplane in the front is the main subject.


    But now I see this shot on the front page, where the 747 is clearly much more of a main subject than on my shot showing an overview of the ramp.

    It's very clear to me given the size of PH-BXL in the frame that the aircraft is the subject of the photo and not the ramp.

    I personally hate when these types of photos are accepted as ramp or airport overview photos. If a reg is clearly visible then the photo is of a plane. I have found at DEN photographers upload Frontier line up photos taken from the Concourse A bridge as a Ramp view to avoid similar rejections.
