Ever had a really great day?

We've all had those days when we've been out and it all went wrong.........we just miss something interesting, leave just before that a/c we've never seen before lands, arrive expecting to see something new only for it not to turn up, or go somewhere else etc etc, you know how it goes sometimes.

Well I had a day at Amsterdam that was just the reverse ! I got everything I wanted plus more, just a great day

It just could not have got any better, best day I think I've ever had..........what a shame the weather was so crap :P

I think the best day I have had so far was with Paul Paulsen at LAX on August 2nd. I got an ATA Tristar in placeof the usual 753 , and some great night shots. All in all a very fun day spent with a great guy. Today weather is goreous! So it might be another fun one

Yes I have had a few of those days. Last week at CDG airport I was rather lucky. I managed to get pretty much everything I wanted and then some! I must admit though that I expected to see more AF heavies. In particular pax 747s. Only one passenger 747 was seen and it was being towed!

Still a good day:

First A320 for this airline only delivered a few days/weeks back. I tried to get it on the front page but no luck. (can't always be lucky I suppose)

Not a good day but a good evening. In Oulu it rare to see anything else but Finnair, Finnair and more Finnair. Last night I decided that I want to do some night shooting. I know it may seem strange that seeing one helicopter cheers ones "day" but if you would live here, you would understand.
