  • Motive - unfortunately the faces are recognisable

Getting such rejection for this photo: http://www.jetphotos.net/viewreject_b.php?id=5464203
makes me wonder where is borderline for small props and fighters shoots? Usually shooting from close distance reveals faces of pilots, so such photos are not worth uploading?

    Hi Alex,
Pilots are professionals, at their job - Private licensed pilots is borderline, but lady is the main issue. She's really too recognisable and so that's over what we can accept in terms of privacy.

    Regards
    Alex

Hmmm... Alex, couple shots from this event also has a lot of people in background (usual condition for any public event). They are recognizable too, what rules will you use in this case?

the An-2 shots, people are in the background and not a big part of the frame like this lady is in the helicopter pic. Still that An-2 shot would be questionnable here (on JP)
Unfortunately we live in a world where people take privacy at a very high level and we sometimes have to draw the line which was the case here
