I wanted to ask since I've seen in the forum (and when you upload a photo) that you can't upload more than twice the same registration, regardless of the date. But if you can upload it if it is the same license plate but another airport .. is like that?
I write this since I realized today that in the same airport a spotter has three times the same plane and the same registration (although different angles), taken the same year.
Personally I have limited myself not to take or upload photos of the same plane since I have it 3 times, but if it could be, I would like to be clarified.
Is it a rule that must be respected or does the filter not exist in it?
Since I am attentive to your answers. Excuse me if this is not the forum where I should expose my doubt.

There's no problem about uploading a picture of the same aircraft at the same place on a different date. We ask not to upload 2 pics from the same sequence/same day. Like we don't want 2 pics of that same taxi sequence, or 2 pics of that approach that day etc...

SCEL is EDDL minus 4. I've read what you have written, Chile. What a night (December 1963), isn't it. My avatar is D-ABVD, so you have tried to upload two photos which depict exactly one aircraft, and it did not work? That doesn't sound perfect in my ears.
May I ask you how many pictures today are already in the jetphotos database? So, I assume that at least 5 or 10 photos by you have been accepted by a jetphotos reviewer. I can't give you a definitive answer, I am not much more than the jp clown in the night.

To ensure your photo is level use a vertical reference point such as a building to straighten things out.
When we have two types of verticals in the photo: 1 weak and leaning fence; 2 strong and stable building, pillons of bridge, control tower etc. Which verticals we should choose as a reference if type 1 is not parallel to type 2? It seems that the answer is evident. The buiding, the pillons or the control tower are much important than weak fence. But what to do if after cropping stable objects like buildings are out of the final frame. They present in the whole photo but out of borders of cropped photo. In the cropped photo there is the weak and leaning fence. What to do in this case?
1. Should I leave the rotation with correct horizon made by stable objects, add a screeners comment that the horizon was leveled by objects which are out of borders of cropped image and provide a link to whole photo as prove?
2. Should I rotate cropped photo to make an illusion that naturaly leaning fence is vertical? In this case the horizon will be incorrect but in the cropped photo there will be an illusion of correct horizon.
What is more important in this case truth or illusion?

To make a long story short: the photo has to look level. Best references are known vertical references, such as buildings. A vertical reference outside a photo is irrelevant.
So, your photo is 1280x1024, which is not between 4:3 or 16:69 size ratio. The height for a 1280px wide shot has to be between 720px and 960px. We added a safety margin of 10px as we found out in the past, that resizing photos at same sizes from different cameras can result in slightly different end-sizes (unbelievable, but true!!).
