Two photos rejected with comment over processed/bad postprocessing.
I would be grafefull if someone from the screening team can give me a bit more feedback so I know what I am doing wrong when editing. Most of my rejects are always over processed/bad processing with no other comments.
    Many thanks

Hi, the over processed rejection is used where we can see halos around the aircraft. I can see them just from the photo but if you use the equalise function in photoshop you will be able to see them further. There are a number of ways the halos can appear. Some are produced by in camera functions which are typically labelled "dynamic lighting" eg Nikon's D Lighting. Others are produced by over-editing in your editing program. One particular way is where someone has been using the Shadow/highlights features to alter the lighting on the photo. These are very prone to producing halos around aircraft even from the slightest change in the setting. Shadow/highlights needs careful use. Other than that it could be the result of a filter that's been used.

    Hope this helps,
