Is the closest plane taking up enough of the frame to use its reg, or should it be uploaded as a 'ramp' shot?

Usually we look for images where the aircraft takes up less than half the frame to be uploaded as ramp shots. It looks like it's just under half the frame in your image, but I think it's close enough that you can use the aircraft reg. for the info.
