Distinct face. How to fix it?

Hello everyone, I have rightly rejected a picture because the face of a person was recognizable.
But since it is the first registration of the aircraft, how can I make the face unrecognizable without affecting the overall quality of the shot?
Can I simply touch up the face with a brush?

Hi,
I was the screener involved in your rejection - On your picture it was all about planing your shot. You needed to wait that the guy isn't in the frame anymore or chose another angle. Brushing a face is clearly not allowed.
