  • Part of Aircraft Cut-Off?

Hello. I had a photo rejected and then a subsequent appeal denied due to having part of the aircraft cut-off in this picture; https://www.jetphotos.com/viewreject_b.php?id=6845099

I am wondering what defines an aircraft being "cut-off" or what part is cut-off?

The part cut off is one of the lightning rods on the horizontal stabiliser. While insignificant, that is the only part cut off.

        Hi
important or insignificant, it is always a component of the aircraft and therefore must be included in the frame
