LGA is pretty tough to spot with the exception of Plainview Park, and even there they'll question you but let you go about your busisness. Top of that parking garage might be a good spot can't really tell though.Comment

Planeview Park is the little sliver of green between the highway passing the end of the runway...and all the bus depot - you can see it in the last image.
You can also spot inside the terminal on the 2nd level (you don't need a ticket).
And, by World's Fair Marina, circling the bay in the direction of Shea Stadium. or across the bay at College Point..but you need to scope out the spots there, I don't know the street names.
