  • Best settings for an airshow

I will be attending to an airshow for my first time, but I've never taken a picture of an f16 at such speeds...I want to know what are the best settings and focal lengths for this occasion.

A higher shutter speed will obviously be preferred, 1/1000 or so would be a good range. Focal length will of course completely depend on how close you are to the subject, so it's impossible to say exactly other than more will probably be better.

If you are not very lucky to be close, a minimum 200 mm focal lens is required.
Shutter speed 1/1000 if you are lucky with the weather and there is a lot of sun then a minimum f8. ISO depends on all this.
