    It takes a lot less than 15 seconds to see that a picture is not level, the subject is too far away or the information is incorrect

                I agree... I don't want a dentist touching a nerve for 15 seconds....

                But...

                15 seconds worth of certain "other" things wouldn't quite cut it...
