This is the website of Beijing Urban Construction Group (BUCG)，Then I noticed that BUCG announced that it has copyright to these photos.

Do you need to confirm with the photographer?I hope this does not become a legal issue.

Thanks for pointing this out. I'm pretty sure this is the photographer's own photo. Maybe BUCG have got the permission from him, or BUCG just claimed to own the photo (which happens a lot unfortunately). It could be either way. But the article was published way before this photo is on JP, so it can't be downloaded from here. I've informed the photographer about it.
