Hi all,
Thanks for the comments about the shot. It was absolutely awsome!!! ?If anyone ever gets the chance to get out to the runway's edge.. DO NOT SAY "NO".
Even if it just a 737, you'll be blown away by the experience and the jetblast!

I'll upload some more pics from the day when I get the chance, as the departure shot was awsome too.

I did a little bit of research, and found that if the aircraft was perfectly on the centre line, 1.5m of the wing would have been directly over my head. Well, I'm guessing it was a bit more than that, as the aircraft had a slight crosswind landing, forcing it even closer to me. geesh!

DAmn, Wish i had gone down now. I seem to be having some bad luck. I was organising another up and coming shoot so couldn't make it. And that on top of having to also knock back a flight in a Tiger Moth over the War Memorial on the 6th Decemeber because I wont be in Canberra then either But then I am promised something better so I hope the weather holds.
Unlike my recent trip to Melbourne where it has not stopped raining since and in style too i might add.

A certain fellow Airliners photographer emailed this picture and that is what I told him something just not look right about the picture plus I thing the angle of the picture the wing would of gone right over him.
