No, and it happens often. I had the go drug team of 10-18 members search my car. JFK, LGA, KISP, and KFRG.

Believe it or not, JFK and LGA do not scare me. KISP scares me!
Detained two spotters that visit here for 3+ hours and towed Tom Alfanos car and said he is helping terrorists. People are just paranoid around here and that scares me away from taking pictures of Police officers that are

1 afraid for their life
2 think they are God

Here's one for you Jeff...on the rare occasion that we shoot "outside" to improve our photography skills (still learning), we get visited by NYPD. Of course, we handle the situation like pros and the officer lets us shoot away without further problems. Now I wish I could just shoot as good as you guys, but I'm working on...

When he was giving me my license and stuff back, I made him wait while I turned off my scanner and set it down.... :P :P

He was cool. It's his job, and he was taking it seriously, and was very professional. He even told me after we talked for awhile, how he was interested in taking some pics due to the great access he has. I told him he was foolish if he didn't!

I wonder if the airport PD would be okay of you have an airline ID...
