  • What is the best digital camera for 800?

A friend of mine is thinking of buying a new camera for spotting. He as a budget of 800. Do you know good cameras for that price good for spotting?

And Olympus digicam (C-720/730/750) should fit that budget (just speculation). But ask him to try it before he buys it.

I have it and don't really like it. But lots of other people love it.

        Hi,
Anybody have any info on the Panasonic PZ-10?

It sells for US $600 (not sure how many Euros that is?)

        It's 4.0 MegaPixels and 12x optical zoom

I'm thinking about getting one in a few weeks but I don't know of anyone that uses one for aviation photos.

He's talking about the Canon 300D Tanuj. Another cheap DSLR option is the Canon D30, very cheap an all you need then is the lenses!

he asked what he can buy for 800euros, not dollars!

my reply refers to the euros price, not dollar price!

can get a DSLR rebel for about 800 euros

                              Hahaha :P

But I could have sworn that I read it's price as being 3000 dollars though...

                              Strange...

I'm puzzled, but it's too late to look stuff up now. I'll check it out tomorrow.
