Hi to all
I'm looking for a real smart computer user.......
I have been uploading video's to jetvideos - and one day about 6 months ago..I started getting a white page - hang.
I also have this happen when I try to upload photos to J.net. everything freezes, and I have to re-boot the computer. I have been very busy the last 6 months,,,but I want to get the computer fixed -- so I can continue to upload videos...I have thousands of vid' segments to chose from - I am using analog tape thru a 8mm camcorder - direct to the HP media Tower M 7160N.....this is the only problem I have with the computer...it just hangs.
Anybody else have a similar problem or know of any steps I might be able to try and fix the hang problem..?... or should I just take it in and have best Buy work on it...?
