I agree with the comments made by dlowwa. However, there may also be a centering issue with the image; in my opinion, the aircraft is towards the bottom left rather than being in the center of the frame.

Centering is not an issue with this image.

I have a new image of a Helicopter I am wondering whether it would be considered as a Hot Photo or not (LN-OGM). The helicopter has some new Decals, a new location of the registration and new owners. I would also appreciate some help with prescreening of the edit on the images below.

Centering should be ok, but yes contrast and softness are significant issues.
