As you can see, it was right on sunset: the colour tone is fairly authentic, and the image has had very little adjustment (just exposure and contrast) to get it to this stage.

Due to the light situation the contrast is weak and the poto appear to be dark. You can try to work out the lights carefully to bring a bit more contrast and brightness into the image. But may that will produce editing halos.
The overall quality is okay tho.
