Hi, I've been getting compression rejects occasionally. I shoot RAW and save all edits as 100% quality Jpegs. I use photoshop to resize before then using the smart sharpen feature. Was wondering what the issue is. Thanks. PS in the linked reject is the contrast too high or low? I can't tell. Thanks as always.

Double check your save settings, definite compression visible especially in the sky. Contrast is too low.

I turned off a box called 'optimised' which made the file smaller but it doesn't look like it made a difference. Could noise cause what looks like compression?
