Technically yes, just this side of backlit. I do think you've got enough of the front lit that it might be acceptable in that regard. It is also a bit soft though.

Looks kind of like it yeah. If it's rare, might have some leniency, but up to you if you want to take the chance.

Don't think this one is fixable (three rejections for the same thing might be a good hint for the same in the future).
