    Here's what I can see: obstruction on tail (you could probably crop off some of the horizontal stabilizer and get away with it, will need to be re-centered after that) and visible editing halos. I'm not a screener btw. Just telling you what I can see.

      edit. I understood, the soft blue line surrounding the plane, right ?

        Halos are the blue lines and darker/lighter hues around the aircraft. They need to me removed in order for the image to be accepted. However, this photo would be rejected for obstruction due to the wire crossing the rear stabiliser.

            Image would be rejected for obstruction and soft. The obstruction is not fixable, you will need to use a different frame.

                      Crop is better and processing shouldn't be an issue, though maybe a touch soft.

                      Compression in the context of JP usually means either actual jpeg compression from reduced file sizes, or the kind of fine detail smearing typically seen with imaging devices using very small sensors.
